My blogging experience

For me has been very innovative to learn English by using blogger, because I had never done before something like this. One of the advantages of this learning is to have a more than dynamic method than before and more complete. As well, I can tell that a disadvantage in this learning was that we hadn't always the Internet in the classroom to execute the blog sessions. I have writed a lot of "entries" that I have published in my blog, and I have put great dedication in each them. Although I would liked that my learning process would have been longer, because learning English is very important to me. For three months, I have been practicing blog sessions in classes of English with miss Zagal. In all this time what I have more learned, was to speak English more fluently and also to improvise. I have developed as best I could my English, and I think I managed to move forward a little further in this adventure of learn English. The blog session that most caught my eye was "My best friend" because for me this is very special topic. My father always has been, my best friend, because he has been the person that has been there when I've needed help. I have learned a lot of things since I started blogging in English classes three months ago. I have learned to use more precise words which can represent what I want to say in a better way. I have learned more things about how improvise when the English teacher said us that we would have a blog session. Simply put, there are way too many things I have learned in English classes. I have enjoyed this whole process, it was very special and very innovative, so I would like to thank Miss Zagal for their willingness to teach us English.

My photograph

Today I am going to talk about a Photograph which I like. The Photograph shows when I gave a kiss to her and she gave a kiss back to me, this was one of the first kisses with my girlfriend. My girlfriend she called Macarena Gutierrez, and she lives in commune of “La Florida”. This is the favorite Photograph to me, because I am with my girlfriend in the place when I asked her to be my girlfriend. I remember that in that moment I was very nervous because maybe I was doing the things badly. My face was blushed as a tomato, and the hands trembled all time. When I asked to her, I thought anything, less than she said to me that yeah: luckily she said to me that yeah. Also, I remember that this Photograph was taken in December last year in the park “Salvador”. This Park is very nice to talk in the afternoon. Always we leave to walk for Santiago, and this park is one we prefer. There were many flowers and a lot of grass to lay on it. Also there were many trees that adorned the park. I remember that I took this photograph with the cell phone from my girlfriend. When I see from the bus this place I always feel nostalgic and I smile and I remind of all the beautiful moments that my girlfriend and I spend there. It is a beautiful photograph that always will be in my memories. I love her.

My favorite festivity

Today I am going to talk about my favorite festivity: It is the Christmas Day. This day it is the favorite because all people radiate happiness and love. The children run for all places and the family gets together. At Christmas they open the gifts that Santa Claus gives out for all places. What I would like in this day to do is to laugh the whole day and eat very tasty food. And what I have never done during this festivity is to sleep and get out. On last Christmas Day I opened my presents exactly at midnight on Christmas, this present was a book about economy. As well I received a very beautiful red canvas shoes of the color . I spend this day with my family and later with my girlfriend in her house. Last Christmas Day was the best day of my life, because my brother came back to our house after three years out. He came back with presents for me and the rest of the family. He missed me and so did I, he was many time away from our house. I will remember forever last Christmas, because it was very special for me.

My favorite piece of technology

Today, let’s talk about of my favorite piece of technology: it is the Television. I have had a Television in my room since I was child. My father gave it to me, because I was the first to all my class, so he talked to me: “you deserve your own television”. Always, I use it in the afternoon because in the morning I go to University to study and learn. On the weekends I watch many movies on my Television, with all my family. Also, I like to be alone watching television, because I don’t like to listen to noises when I watch a movie. Sometimes it is better to be alone than with my family. I don’t use it very often my Television, because I don’t have time. But when I don’t have anything to study, I would like to take this opportunity to watch the television, it relaxes me. That’s why I like the Television, because it relaxes me and I enjoy watching television. In average, I watch Television as two times a day. But in general I like watching television many times in the week. Without the Television my life would be like living in the countryside. It would be very boring.

My best friend

My best friend is my father, his name is Manuel. I didn’t find to my father: I was born from him, because he gave me the life. I consider to my father as my best friend, because he is always there when I need it. He understands me, he listens and he knows what to do when I haven't idea what to do. The best memories I have with my father are the times when we are playing soccer or when bicycled around our neighborhood when I was child. Also, when we went on journey to Villarrica or when we were just at home doing nothing. All moments are special when I am with him. I love my father, he is my idol, he is my master and my role model. My father is a great man and I'm sure we'll be good friends to forever, that's why, no matter what happens, he will be always my best friend.

Who is a person on your field that you admire?

The person that I admire is Enrique Silva Cimma. He was born in the Iquique city in 11th November of 1918. He’s a lawyer of the University of Chile. His parents were Armando Silva and María Cimma (she was Peruvian). He got married with Elena Marfán Cheyre, of who had three children. At present he lives in the resort of Quisco, in the fifth region. He studied in the High School Valentín Letelier and the Instituto Nacional of the City of Chile. He has got the degree certificate of Lawyer in the University of Chile, where he presented his thesis: “Contraloría General de la República” in 1945. He started his work to take on as Genera Controller of the Republic. Then he worked in the supreme court of justice, between 1968 and 1973. Parallely, he participed as president of first court constitutional of Chile, between 1971 to 1973. Then, in 1983, he took up the work of Nartional adviser in the school of Lawyers of Chile. In 1953 he was the first director of the School of science political and administratives, that’s why, I admire this person. He made our present School of government of the University of Chile. His most famous book is "Derecho administrativo Chileno y comparado", that is a classic novel to understand the administrative right.
